I believe that the key to success in business and life is to raise one's standards. Why? Because raising your standards expands the realm of what’s possible.
After launching eight companies, I started Haute Mindset to create a community and platform for Women of Color (WoC) founders I always wished I had.

In 2019, women started an average of 1,817 new businesses per day in the U.S. Women-owned businesses now represent 42% of the country’s nearly 13 million businesses, employ 9.4 million workers, and generate $1.9 trillion in revenue.
Women of color are starting businesses at a remarkable 4.5 times the average rate. Women of color account for 89% of the new women-owned businesses opened every day over the past year. This number has grown faster than the overall rate of new women-owned businesses in the past five years—43% versus 21%.
The Haute Mindset Community is all about empowering women through entrepreneurship. Our inclusive community, which consists of a diverse group of entrepreneurial women, exists to empower women and equip them with the access, guidance, resources and support needed to accelerate their success and reach their highest potential.
